This course examines restorative practices including core models of negotiation and mediation. Students are introduced to dispute resolution in mitigating, reducing, and solving conflict. Students will apply structured and responsive uses of negotiation and mediation to a variety of conflict situations.

- Discuss the contexts and processes of dispute resolution
- Examine techniques of finding resolution through conflict management.
